Mindfulness” is phonetically translated to “マインドフルネス” in Japanese. Most Japanese don’t realize that the world copy the Japanese skills and culture. They are trying to adapt and copy “Mindfulness” activity practiced outside Japan because of the world trend. And they believe that “Mindfulness” skill and activities improve their business results. “Mindfulness” training or program and educate their employees.

Of course, based on the recognition they understand stabilizing the mind and the body boosts business skills. They also understand focusing on present improve attentiveness. Some Japanese people may know “Mindfulness” came from Zen. So they may capture “Mindfulness” as a changer of way of thinking or mind relaxer. Such people introduce meditation, Yoga, or any other exercises.

I wonder why Japanese people look back their tradition or traditional culture ingrained into for centuries, original source of “Mindfulness”.
